Barbara has been supporting business growth for 30 years. She has worked with many diverse entities in every stage of business life, setting up new accounting and reporting systems as well as cleaning up existing accounts.
Working with businesses to streamline their information systems and produce helpful reports to increase the worth of each client is Barbara’s passion. She is great at explaining accounting principles and information in understandable English. She continues to learn and pass on her knowledge to others.
Barbara has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 20+ years and became a Certified Xero Partner when they stared operations in the US in 2015. She has also worked with several other accounting packages during the years.

Ryan
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from UC Berkeley, a Master’s in Accountancy from CSU Sacramento, and is certified by the California Tax Education Council (CTEC).
Ryan’s interest in accounting and bookkeeping originated with a fascination with investment. It became evident that to comprehend the fundamentals of investing it would be advantageous to become fluent in the language of business, accounting.
He set out on his bookkeeping and accounting practice to bring that same investor-minded clarity to small businesses, investors, and professionals.
He treats accurate bookkeeping as an essential investing: clean, timely records minimize tax headaches, maximize retained earnings, and free owners to focus on growth.
With expertise in GAAP, the Internal Revenue Code, and tools like QuickBooks, he delivers rigorous precision across services—from daily transaction management and reconciliations to strategic tax planning and compliant reporting.
